Individual
Our one-on-one coaching engagements typically happen in increments of three, six or twelve months. We can also design and deliver broader coaching initiatives to support groups of individuals. We supplement some of our training programs with follow-up coaching to further enhance skills and reinforce learning outcomes for participants. The cost and length of each engagement varies according to scope.

On-Demand
On-Demand Coaching (ODC) is our most flexible solution, designed for organizations that want to reach a large pool of employees with varied coaching needs requiring different timelines. By investing in a bundle of pre-paid sessions, team members can access a personal coach when they need support throughout the year.

Group
Group coaching is for groups of individuals working together on the same topic (e.g., providing effective feedback) using a combination of training and coaching techniques. The overarching goals are to facilitate sharing best practices and resources, create accountability and ensure sustainability of activity and follow-through.

Team
Team coaching focuses on team dynamics and typically relates to creating cohesion, enhancing communication and cultivating a positive and productive work environment. We work with both small teams with just a handful of individuals, as well as with practice groups and business departments.

In our discover phase we’ll work with you to define your coaching goals while digging into your individual and collaborative values and beliefs. We’ll consider your personal or organizational logistics and define your fee structure.

Sessions might be one-off or a series ongoing scheduled meetings.
