As students returned to campus, The Commons created a dynamic and immersive Pre-Orientation Design Challenge in partnership with Emory University's The Hatchery.

In the bustling world of education, where time is often consumed by lesson planning, grading, and meetings, there's something truly special about setting aside a moment to simply connect.

For our latest event, The Commons created an experience dedicated to the exploration of shared values. The gathering took place at Eventide Brewery and was a space for reflection, discussion, and mutual inspiration.

Teachers are natural learners. They never tire of learning themselves and they also happen to be very accomplished at relating to people, particularly youngsters.

And so it was that on a beautiful day in April, I found myself in a small recording booth facing a dear colleague of many years and having a heartfelt conversation with him about who we were as educators and recognizing, as we talked, how much of ourselves we poured into our craft.
