Our Process

  • Discovery

    Our process begins with a dive deep to uncover your unique goals, values, and beliefs—as well as discuss practical aspects like logistics, timelines, and fees. This initial step lays the foundation, ensuring that our partnership aligns with your vision and paves the way for transformative outcomes.

  • Prototyping

    Once we complete Discovery, we head “into the lab.” We’ll put our heads together to ideate on where, how, and what best meets the needs of your organization. Then we’ll design a learning experience that brings it all together.

  • Iteration

    In this phase, we present our ideas and dig in to the why and how of your unique event. We do a lot of listening so we can incorporate any feedback and fine tune the experience and learning design for your needs and audience.

  • Playbook

    Finally we present our customized plan and can even facilitate your event if needed. We take care of every detail to ensure a memorable and transformational gathering for your team whether we are on-site to facilitate, or handing over a playbook for your to use as a guide.
